Cancellation Policy

If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please kindly do so no later than 6 hours prior to your scheduled time.

Barbers and stylists alike rely on their wonderful clients to support our livelihood and give us a platform to create your perfect look. No shows and last minute cancellations/rescheduled appointments create a loss for us and take the opportunity away for someone else to fill that spot. We ask that you respect our time by honoring your scheduled appointment and make any appointment changes at least 6 hours before your scheduled time, or else you will be charged for the full service.

Emergencies do happen and we can be reached at (267) 324-5326 or appointments@bornfreebarber.com to further assist in this case. If you must cancel an AM appointment, we ask that you please cancel the evening before.
