Cancellation Policy

If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please kindly do so no later than 6 hours prior to your scheduled time.

Barbers and stylists alike rely on their wonderful clients to support our livelihood and give us a platform to create your perfect look. No shows and last minute cancellations/rescheduled appointments create a loss for us and take the opportunity away for someone else to fill that spot. We ask that you respect our time by honoring your scheduled appointment and make any appointment changes at least 6 hours before your scheduled time, or else you will be charged for the full service. All sales are final.

Emergencies do happen and we can be reached in the event that you cannot make your appointment. You can simply send us a text by replying to your confirmation/reminder notifications sent through square, use the “text us” feature on our square booking site (located in the bottom right hand corner, or email appointments@bornfreebarber.com to further assist in this case. If you must cancel an AM appointment, we ask that you please cancel the evening before.
